Notice is hereby given that you are required to attend the meeting of the Amenities & Environment Committee which will be held on Wednesday 11th April 2012 in the Council Chamber, Parish Hall, South Street at 7.30 p.m.

4 Minutes of the Previous Meeting held on 14th March 2012.
The Minutes of this meeting were due to be confirmed at Full Council on 4th April 2012. Copies of those minutes were attached to the Full Council Meeting of the same date.

Chair to update on Dog Fouling problems at Larkfield Close Park and Widewater.
6.2 Adult Keep Fit equipment on Beach Green
The Chair to report on the Lottery bid for equipment
6.3 Jubilee Celebrations June 2012
Notes on the Timetable, Activities and Organisers to be circulated at meeting as updated at the meeting of the 7th March 2012.
6.4 Birds nest play equipment Beach Green
Deputy Clerk to report on the proposed installation of a piece of kit for the children's play area on Beach Green.
