Freedom of Information Act

The Council is obliged, by law, to produce and maintain a 'publication scheme' which classes information held by the Council.

This list of information is that which the Council is prepared to make available, as a matter of course, to members of the public.

The Parish Council's publication scheme has been approved by the Government's Information Commissioner's Office and all information that can be accessed by the public is itemised in this section.

The information is freely available to read or inspect at the Parish Council's Offices, during working hours. Should any member of the public wish for copies of any the information herein there will be a nominal charge of 5p per single side sheet of A4 paper and 8p for double sided.

The publication scheme does not include that information that is exempt under the Data Protection Act.
